Parts Of An Aerosol Can

Aug 4, 2015 | Posted by admin | Aerosol Cans, Bag On Valve |

It is extremely important to know the parts of the aerosol cans you are purchasing for your prduct.

Signature Filling Company offers a wide variety of can sizes and configurations. We will source all material needed to complete you project and fulfill your needs; cans, valves, actuators and any other components specific to you.

Aerosol Valves-

Aerosol valves are devices that release products in spray mode from containers under pressure. The most common applications are in the packaging of personal deodorants, hair sprays, insecticides, household and food products, decoration and technical products. Most of the aerosol valves are continuous spray mode.Metered dose aerosol valves are used for specific applications, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

Actuators-

Besides the actuators for common uses (foams, gels, liquid there are also actuators with special characteristics and functions. Actuators and spray caps are listed on catalogue. In the spray caps the central button is positioned between two higher side walls, in order to avoid accidental actuation: a protection cap is therefore no longer necessary.

Bag On Valve Packaging-

The unique BoV system is developed to not only produce a superior spray dispensing system, but to reduce our ecological footprint through a sustainable packaging process. Compared to traditional aerosol spray technology (and other alternative packaging) BoV aerosols have several benefits, for manufacturers, consumers as well as the environment.

Consumer benefits of BoV aerosols

  • Up to 100% product emptying
  • Longer shelf life with less preservatives
  • Even and controlled spraying pattern for optimal result
  • No pumping motion needed
  • Can be used at all angles
  • Reduced spray noise
  • Less-chilling product discharge
